| Shipping PLEASE NOTE: Our
automated shipping calculator works on all orders with a total weight up to 10 pounds; if
your shipping weight is over 10 pounds the shipping charges will show as $.00 and we will
email the shipping cost to you for your approval.
We use address verification for all billing & shipping addresses. If your order is
being shipped to a business address, the company name and your internal address
(Department, etc.) and recipient's phone number must be filled in
on the order page.
If ordering multiple items, we will combine shipping weights and
pass the savings on to you.
Shipping destination and weight determines final
shipping cost on all orders.
Orders paid by personal or business check, allow up to 10 business days before item is
shipped.
Dolls:
Shipping charges for 1 doll shipped range between $7.00 - $12.00 (depends on weight
& shipping location). All doll orders are shipped U.S. Postal Service
Priority mail and are insured which requires a signature at delivery.
Patterns:
Shipping charges for 1 pattern range between $2.50 - $3.50. All pattern orders are sent First Class mail and at our
discretion, may require a signature at time of delivery. If this is a
problem, please contact us prior to placing your order.

change quantities or delete an item. When you are ready to checkout, just click the 
button on the view cart page and complete the order process by providing shipping and
payment information. Click on "submit" button at the bottom of the order
page to send your "secure order" over the web. You will receive a confirming
email of your order. If you paid by credit card the order process is completed. If
you are paying by check or money order, send your payment to the address at the bottom of
the order form.
